I applaud that idea, knowing that our sedentary lives can have the same impact on our cardiovascular system as smoking. When I say I teach corporate yoga classes I get a mix of looks. Some are a little bewildered, some are rather excited and want to know more. Those who practice yoga understand the benefits of corporate yoga right away.
