I applaud that idea, knowing that our sedentary lives can have the same impact on our cardiovascular system as smoking. When I say I teach corporate yoga classes I get a mix of looks. Some are a little bewildered, some are rather excited and want to know more. Those who practice yoga understand the benefits of corporate yoga right away.
There have been several studies done showing that when a person is given the opportunity to be physical and mentally healthier, they’re not only going to be more productive at work, they will be happier at work and they will actually show up.
