Private Yoga sessions are NOT the same as your traditional group sessions. This class is focused exclusively on you and your particular needs.

My clients are mainly women who are looking to implement a self-care routine into their daily life to regain self-worth, feel feminine and vivacious about themselves. Before we start our first session, I like to understand what you are looking to gain from your practice, how the practice will help you and your physical and/or mental goals. The sessions follow a vinyasa yoga class flow.
